The reception staff offered easy and quick check-in. The apartment provided ample space and i found it very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the closeness to everything around the area.
I would have liked a solution when the hot water system failed (a rather unpleasant experience). The night manager offered no alternatives or discounts.

the rooms WERE spacious AND clean I really appreciated the handy location to everything. the staff helped me and the heated indoor pool was SO MUCH fun.
the rooms seemed well appointed I think. unfortunately I caught the hotel when the hot water system failed so no showers were available in the morning. the night manager COULDN'T find a solution.

dust bunniesdated decor
the room decor seemed a bit stuck in the early 2000s.. like a time capsule. also, the promised city views were more of a 'rooftop air conditioning unit' experience. i also noticed some dust bunnies having a party under the bed, a bit gross, i must say.

the hotel's location allowed easy access to the bus terminal, a brief walk to catch a tour to hobbiton. the ferry terminal was conveniently close. the cruise terminal was also a short walk away, so i didn't require taxis for my planned activities.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet in a corner of the room.
